Many of my clients feel stuck in patterns, drained by relationship stress, or quietly carrying emotions others don’t see.

With decades of clinical experience, I blend evidence-based therapy with practical coaching strategies so our work is both insightful and actionable. Together, we explore what’s happening beneath the surface, strengthen communication and coping skills, and create healthier ways of thinking, relating, and responding.

I have over 30 years of experience working as a Clinical Social Worker, working with adults, the elderly, families and groups in the hospital and private practice settings.

With over 30 years of experience as a social worker/therapist/care manager and as a graduate of the Catholic University of America specializing in Social Work, I currently serve as private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. Among my areas of expertise are Depression, Anxiety, Stress Management, Grief, Loss, and Trauma.

I am an interactive, solution-focused therapist. My therapeutic approach is to provide support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. I integrate complementary methodologies and techniques to offer a highly personalized tailored approach to each client. With compassion and understanding, I work with each individual to help them build on their strengths and attain the personal growth they are committed to accomplishing.
